That's 1 of the disturbing thing I've noticed with some of the new developments too... Don't understand why can't they design one without balcony so we all can have a larger living room

    Some actually like balconies.

I personally like balconies... as I wake up to the MBS city skyline everyday...

its nice to have a big balcony but the apt must be big to begin with. if the living room is tiny, and then the balcony is the same size as the living room, then it feels quite duh...

I think a apt less than 1200 sf should never have a balcony.

frankly URA/BCA dropped the ball with its free GFA rules for balcony and bay window.

Agree. Between inner space and balcony... inner space should be big enuf first.

I was initially quite keen on this project until I saw the psf guide price and the units floor plan for 2 and 3 bdrms.
I wonder how well they will do...

Would anyone happen to know if the ballot is happening today or postponed?
Just curious about the actual prices.

yeah. this thread is too quiet for a soon to preview project. anyone who is going for the ballot please update us.

i think its possible that there is still a further discount off the FROM 1.28m price for 3 bedders.

they will need it if they want to move 300 units.

    Heard results so-so nia.

Maybe that's why Wheelock suddenly come out with 3% extra discount just 2 days before sales start.

Its not that cheap compared to sky vue and thomson 3. Mild sales figures will be expected.

They didn't introduce all super MM units mah, like Hillford 2bedrooms 495 sqft, anything <$1m sure can move!

Ops! Forgot they didn't apply for "retirement homes" status with URA/MND just like Hillford, so cannot build average size <70 sqm!

i consider panorama unit sizes as near MMs. Hillford is just extreme.
