so tis is the so-called intelligent way in which one shd analyse pricing?

random pick 1 or 2 proj across projects wif the same $ & conclude?
dun nid to take note of facing/storey etc?
dun nid to analyse the proportion of units sold at various price range etc?

omg! I juz realise tat tis is definitely not the superficial manner in which I would like to base my investment on!

thank u for yr time & indeed as per wat u hv suggested, we shd end the convo between the 2 of us.

In the same period, as a whole, singapore private residential property increase by 76% .Private Residential Property Price at 2009 was at 125, now 216 at 2013Q2.
A mere 22% increase by psf is pegged to the GDP or Inflation rate at just at 4% per year for four years. This is a normal growth if you ask me

Please check ura, as I stated, it is cheapest in the launch. I would prefer if you want to argue, please show data with study.
There r other inflora owners who might be viewing this forum. I am responsible not to let you misled them , so hope you understand, its nothing personal.

oh no, please don't argue. actually both of u have made good points and only time will tell who is right in terms of future price movement.

actually the cheapest hedges park 764 sq ft 2 bedder cost only 600k, being on 2nd floor and next to bin centre and substation. however, it seems that hedges' 1 bedders are priced higher than inflora's whereas the 2 bedders and above are priced lower, psf wise. perhaps it's more accurate to compare median price of all units sold to determine price appreciation in the last 2 years - inflora 952 psf vs hedges 888 psf.

Parc rosewood one bedder 431 sq ft just sold for 600,000 in dec 2013. did the seller make a wise choice, considering the ssd ? If I remembered correctly, that 431 sq ft unit was bought around 400,000 during launch.

Block 51. You wanna join our facebook group if you are an owner? There's quite a lot of updates from there.

I think 2 blocks received letters for payment to date. Block 51 and 61 if I'm not wrong.

But speculation is that it will probably only TOP Q2 2016 at the rate they are going. Pretty slow.

I'm just wondering anybody here who lives nearby to The Inflora can help us take some photos of the construction stages?
