    Thanks Sunboy for the photo. height looks very imposing and stands out from the rest. The Altez twin towers seem missing from the photo, how do they measure up when side by side? Should be 250m or so and Clermont is 280m.

    If 1BR 614 sqft starts from $2m (>3.2pkfs) , then only those with deep pockets can afford, so whole project will really have a true "ATAS" status.

    Ah I see.. guess the one I took from the website is not the finalized flrplans. Anw will definitely go heading down to check out the showroom.

    Anyway, although the lowest floor of the Clermont Residences is the 40th floor, it is actually higher than that. Its 40th floor unit at about 195m AMSL is taller than the rooftop of DUO Residences at 50th floor.

    Reason is: at Clermont, all the Grade A offices below the residential units come with very high ceilings, every floor.

    Sorry, I correct myself that the 40th floor of Clermont is at slightly higher than 180m AMSL so it's almost the same height as DUO's rooftop at 50th floor.

    Hi yes. During our last architect's briefing, we were told only the PHs get private lifts.

    For the Super PH, it is amazing that one whole single lift shaft is built just for this PH...

    you mean the 4 junior PHs share a dedicated lift and the super PH have its own dedicated lift? so 2 lifts for the 5 PHs.
    if so, indeed very very atas feeling.

    i dont think orchard rd condos have dedicated lift for PHs.

    poor Dr Modi have to rub shoulders with the masses in his Sail PH.
