    333 units sold with 30,000+ agents means only 1 in 100 agents made a sale in December !!

    some agents do resale mah. and some just have to depend on doing more rentals?

    some also do industrial/commercial ppty.

    still will make money lah.

    good that some won't be so cocky now.

    new sale those stand show room commission some not very good. to be accurate means stand show room success rates are very low.

    total RCR units in the URA list, mostly uncompleted = 15488

    total RCR units unsold but approved for sale in 2014 as of now = 4547

    I believe the unnamed cairnhill road project is the ex-cairnhill place capitaland land site. Right beside Paragon and behind Heeren.

    In the ccr a lot of these projects are either completed or close to , some like the iliv at grange and cape royal are fully finished and have obtained top but are yet to sell a single unit , the QC conditions are that the developer has to pay a tax of 8%,16% and 24% to extend any unsold units 2 years after top , the clock is ticking on these developments they will need to offer massive discounts to avoid paying these huge penalties .

    Only if it's publicly listed with foreign ownership..... FEO don't have these problems..... they always take their own sweet time to sell

    also, sentosa ppties are exempted.

    nonetheless, the developers there still sabo by renting their units out too.

    FEO is smart enough not to list the company.

    an agent friend once told me ... she doesn't like to market FEO projects.

    1. they have many divisions with different Heads
    some heads some their own rules, like not paying GST to agents when the agency is GST registered. Agents ended up have to absorb the GST ( indirectly it is a commission cut )

    2. for new launch, if agent brings a buyer who happen to have bought a FEO project before, FEO treats them as 'returning customers'. These customers then get additional 'discount'. As such, they DO NOT pay the agent any commission at all ...

    cut the comm to give as discount to buyer ...


    these are the dirty tricks that FEO does to agents ...

    can any agent here verify ?


    if this is true FEO really sucks .. to think that being one of the richest families in Singapore and this is how they treats the people who help sell their products

    Not true for point 2. Point 1, I can't verify it.

    My uncle is from FEO. Returning customers usually get 1% off the list price but definitely not from their pocket.

    Not from FEO pocket ? meaning from agent ?

    so is it true that if an agent brings a buyer who has previously bought a FEO project ... the agent don't get paid ? cos FEO treats it as a "premium" customer who came back and not brought in by agent ?
