that's why sizes are reduced to shoe boxes. This is the era of quantum game, at the expense of living spaces.

If only... then Christmas comes early.

    Inflora is 4-6-8 formation, 4XXk,6XXk and 8XXk

    Alex Resi is 7-10-13 formation, 760k(to 860k) for 1rm, 1.06mil(to 1.26mil) for 2rm and 1.32mil(to 1.6mil) for 3rm

4-6-8 formation confirm beat 7-10-13 formation. In view of that, sales figures might not be as fierce as inflora

Extremely lazy of developer to choose such a stupid name. Hopefully they wont be as sloppy when it comes to workmanship.

Just visited the show flat. Was told that the indicative price is about 8% cheaper than echelon.

And this is despite its higher land price. Don't know whether to believe.

Have to take a look at the final price. Maybe their 3 bedder psf is 8% cheaper than the highest 1 bedder psf of echelon?

When I saw their indicative prices, yes seems like it is indeed cheaper than Echelon in general.
Quantum confirmed cheaper (bcos Alex has smaller units than Echelon). But seems like $psf is also cheaper, on average...

The sf was very packed. Need to queue to enter the show units. Plot is very small. Smaller unit will have west facing towards echelon

    Default Balloting?

Pass by the show flat and see a tent set up, is there any balloting coming up? Do not really like the design of the show flats + size very small but think the location will be a pull factor.

The price (in terms of psf) looks cheaper than Echelon.

    Heard opening next month.

429 units, about 40 storeys tall.
Made up of 1, 2, and 3 bedders.

Expensive piece of land. Price guess?
Seems like this thread is under discussed, how come not popular? Alex is less popular compare to other 3 development in red hill?

even the 3 bedrm units look awfully small bcos balcony + aircon ledge took up so much space. i don't expect this project to look as classy as echelon, esp if the pricing is higher.
I kind of agree with you but east west orientation is the best utilisation for this plot. The long narrow strip can only allow such orientation. East facing is the best IMO.
Yee ha! Did I tickle your funny bone?
