Default Alex Residences, 99 years LH, Singland, Redhill MRT

Will probably be one of the most discussed new launches.

    Heard opening next month.

429 units, about 40 storeys tall.
Made up of 1, 2, and 3 bedders.

Expensive piece of land. Price guess?

I am sure all the units sizes will be small to keep the quantum affordable.

Dtrax thanks for sharing. Yes the 3 bedder layout very efficient. Regular shaped and rooms look decent sized.

That's why last time I told all the Echelon visitors, they want to buy an unit at Redhill and yet not buy one in Echelon, they will regret.

Look how pathetic the bedrooms are as compared to Echelon's.
Land price at more than $9xx psf ppr, what would you expect?

do you think developer make mistake of orientating the units in direct east-west direction? Half of units will get west sun, or are they banking on echelon to block the sun? mrt noise may also be a 2nd whammy for west-facing units.

even the 3 bedrm units look awfully small bcos balcony + aircon ledge took up so much space. i don't expect this project to look as classy as echelon, esp if the pricing is higher.

Depending on whether the bed shown in master bedroom is king or queen size, you can put one in the balcony

Can seal up balcony to make into extra room lol
