Closure to this poll !!!

Only 20% got this correct! The answer is, property went down ~10% after 3 long years! The majority (even though it was claimed this is the more 'property knowledgeable group') predicted the market wrong! Many think they are guru! but they are not!

BUT!! Many within those who predicted the market wrong but have the ammo, know how to manage risk, know their maths and took action, may have HUAT CAI already!
