Botannia will be better than any project around.
Higher transacted price in PSF at caveat,
CDL and capitalland shares are bluechips stock than SL.
    Better management services with rewards
    Global developers.

Sorry I could not join u as I invest base on Capital gain

Yes the quality is expected to be better

heard that The Kweks bought some Penthouses here
so there will be no lacking on the quality.

I will not be staying there as well cos renting it out.
Brother, wish you all the best in your investment !!!!.

    Cheers

Haha. Fair enuff. They paid abt 100 Psf more. So naturally we expect
better finishings. I am sure we wun be disappointed.

Given a chance, though, they would hv choosen carabelle still because of the location.

    ID = interior design(er)

Definite Carabelle by outlook will not be impress as the condo colour look more like hmmmm... I think Grace FU will be better to command.

Interior is as good just like the interior design of Pearl @ Mt Faber where I got it once at 2003. But until today at 2009 the design still appear No change. Are they still using the same designer on Carabelle.

not really. He has a point. I would also like to strangle the person who ok'ed the yellow colour.

I will not comment on the quality of Botannia without first seeing it myself but I expect it to be good based on CDL's reputation and like I what I already mentioned, pdf is higher.

Unlike an invester I normally stay in the dev I buy, at least for 2 years. I have been moving around a number of devs over the past years from a terrace in east coast to a leased hold in Bishan, to a big FH dev in Toh Tuck, to a smaller dev in "branded" district (the Duchess one that almost failed during construction phase) and now in a rented house. I feel happy with this latest acquisition. The quality so far I see is good, compared to some more expensive devs I have stayed in. I may not be awfully loaded and I am a little tired of moving so I feel I am very close to settling down, comfortably, without financial worries.

    Hi,

Received TOP letter today. Already settled cashier order for survey fee & 6 months maintenance fee.

Should be able to collect key next week once bank releases the balance.

    Maintenance fee is high, $1.44/share, 3-rooms = $291.

Believed many owners here experience the same.
Agents have been calling almost every other day
    for sales or for rental.

And not sure how true, one of them told me there was a transaction at 850psf 2 weeks ago.

I find that Botannia exterior appearance look very classy and prestigious, and it look better than alot of condominiums in Singapore.

The colour combination is very nice, greenish panel glass with greyish painting.

Does any of you feel this way too?

Got my keys today. took a walk around. the estate is huge.....lots of common area which gives a feeling of openness. city dev sure does not stinge on the land area.
View of the reservoir and pool is fantastic!

however, think my timber flooring needs another polishing.

when will we owners of condos in this area receive notices of property tax? We have all received TOP letters, but some have not collected keys.

One cent of advise, if you have taken your keys on any TOP project. Please go pay your TV radio license whether u live in or NOT. The fine come very fast. You need to automati pay not wait for the letter. The only letter always come with fine. If I not wrong within 14 days after keys collection.
