Quantum looks good and location convenient

But this size, liveable space OK?

Ppty guru's comments are generally bad about the devpt. Are these true from ur viewing?

There is a lot of commercial and some retail space coming up at CT hub opposite. Although the first one looks quite empty. Maybe when DTL is up and running the place will pick up even more.

$560k is the price 2-3 years back. Moreover, it is freehold with amenities and access to MRT. It could be too good to be true.

this project is not a place you want to live. The entrance is at the back in a secluded alley and there is no front entrance to the project except for a small door where you have to climb up some steps.

    You are right.
Know somebody with a unit there.
Nevertheless, the price of about $1500 psf for such a location is still very very attractive, much better than J Gateway in the heavy industry town at >$1500 psf!
I will choose this over J Gateway any time!

Surprising this development rents for more than 2k with the 300+ sq feet units. Good rental demand, but not sure who the clientele will be.

There are a few Penthouse units now on sales. Thinking if it is a good place to stay at $1.1M.
