    5% yield for a hdb flat at such good location seems a bit low. 7-8% is more reasonable.

    Depend on entry price, brought my 5 room 126 sqm for SGD 250,000 lease from 1 Jul 1997.

    Let say rent out SGD 2000 a month SGD 24000 a year what is the yield.

    3rm HDB is best for rental yeild, 4rm is still ok. 5rm HDB is mainly for own stay. In terms of rental yield, surburb is better than central part.
