    Heard that the FH is open for sale today. How is the take-up rate?

    Only 30 units sold. Crazy 1550psf. Roxy overpaid for this site.

    Went to visit the showflat yesterday. The 4 bedder is only 108sqm. Common room is just 6-7sqm. So small how to accommodate 3 generations? And 4 bedder start from $1.7M!!

    Exactly Reuben....the 4 bedder quantum is scary for such small size. Kovan Melody or Kovan Residences will be better choices....no point paying 10% to 20% more for freehold and not too accessible location.

    This development totally overrated, nothing special in today market, location, amenities and pricing all not attractive la !

    How to compare to Tembusu ? Tembusu way more nicer and better ! Trilive totally overrated, not for investment, put your money else where !
