    Thanks, this is new to me, did not appear in any news or review. Wonder if buyer aware of such plot change ratio?

    The issue is not the change in plot ratio. The land was sold with plot ratio of 3 so buyers should know if they bother to ask. The real problem here is the height which is only 18 storey instead of 36 storey or more. This could be due to height restriction or the developer trying to save cost. Can check URA website on height restriction for this area which is likely the case since the site is near Paya Lebar Airbase.
