    City fringe in any country is always the most complicated area. The areas very popular with PRC KTV mei meis are Balestier, Telok Kurau, Katong, River Valley, Selegie etc.

    I saw RRCs almost every where around the island, it become so common nowadays... the supermarts, shopping centres, the hawker centres, coffee shops etc. so many of them, so crowded

    Come live in CCR, and mostly you won't see them living beside you! (If you happen to buy 1 CCR property >$2000 psf and find 1 living beside you, you probably can strike lottery also!).

    That's why pool view cost more.. Not just the view.. but for the safety

    drove past often & it doesn't look the least bit a shabby condo.... yet tenanted to 7-8 ktv hostesses...

    alas it comes down to landlord discretion... sighhhh

    The landlord is trying to yield maximise... though the neighbours may not appreciate it as much.
