    Third world country, will it be risky?
    What is the potential growth?
    Will it be safe?

    Would like to know more about your views? Any thoughts?

    What is the lease?

    Buying the air space or the share of the land.

    Mr Goh once say, they buy a space in the air and it is good they did not stay in it because they don't load the infrastructure.

    Is there any here buying property in Cambodia ?

    There a few cambodia developments now selling in Singapore though such as The Gateway and
    The Peak. Response seems pretty good. The bridge has since fully sold..

    My personal fee why people are investing now in cambodia.
    1) Its an emerging market.. really like rest of SEA in the last 50 years as it pick up. Thus having first mover advantage
    2) various SEA countries are in there include China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore etc.
    3) new companies and influx of expats create demands for accomodation.
