    Looks like Thomson Impressions is there maiden project in Singapore. Apparently they do many other kinds of business.

    One of the owner's (female, new pin IC) registered a GCB for S$30M and her husband (newer pink IC) are supposedly staying there. Do you think the group will stay here for long or stop developing in Singapore given the current economy and use Singapore as a springboard to expand into other ASEAN countries instead? Or will they decide to focus on industrial instead since cooling measures are keeping residential properties at its current levels even as the global economy is still shaky?

    Though its nanshan first maiden residential project in Singapore, it selling well.. Last heard close to 100 units just within their 2 weeks of launch. Pretty impressive.. Thomson area still highly sought after location after all.. lol Download Thomson Impressions Floor Plan here

    Within 1km to Aitong and walking distance to MRT stations Thomson Impressions price look reasonable. Resale unit is old and big and no much choices. The next project in central north region is Poiz Residences @ Potong Pasir and Skies 39 condo @ Toa Payoh near Braddell MRT. Both very convenience place to stay.

    I really like the layout in Thomson Impressions. There's a new one coming up soon at the previous Long House called the 183 Longhaus. Its a Freehold mixed development

    Thomson Impression is a good project in Sin Ming area. And most of the buyers are attracted by its superb location near to Ai Tong Primary.
    But I think their sales could be better after The Panorama Condo sold out in the next few months.

    Is the show flat still open for viewing in May 2016?
