Question Singapore property price outlook in 2016?

if cooling measures slowly lifted up in 2016, will property prices in Singapore get a boost?

Should not ask this question, should ask instead whether one can get a better return than property investment.

Singapore land is limited unless we can buy land from Malaysia, Land in Singapore will only cost more, labour cost and material also.

It is only a matter of time when all the CMs start to lose it purpose, they don't even need to remove it.

What would your suggestion be for Thailand land and property investment then? Unlike Singapore and Hong Kong, the Thailand government has not implemented a bunch of cooling measures to slow property growth. Is it too late to buy real estate in Thailand? People have made and invested a lot of money in Thailand in recent years. For many people like myself, buying a property in Thailand may be a long term strategy rather than an investment. Unless you are buying into a VIP apartment/villa/complex like in this developer's portfolio (http://phuket9.com/phuket-property-investment) where you may want to rent your property out whilst you are not there.
