    How come you did not compare Kerrisdale? It is next to Sturdee Residences? Like Sturdee Residences, Kerrisdale is 99-year leasehold. It is built in 2005. Psf for their smallest unit (990 sqft) in 2016 is $1,119. This info is taken from SRX.
