    I would think the price for new development projects would be maintained for big players since their holding power is much stronger. Those over priced projects esp CCR will slightly be adjusted since buyers are more cautious and restricted by TDSR esp.

    Resales property will be hit badly most likely. HDB resales will be affected damn badly esp after new ruling introduced. Those who bought the new property who will be force selling their HDB unit within 6 mths TOP will be damned pissed off to see their profit has shrinked alot.

    If GST will to be increased to 10% after 2016 general election, all prices will be moving up again for sure.

    Vue8 is already at the average $1000 psf level. Don't think that it's gonna get lower if ever.

    Understand that Vue 8 is built on evaluated ground.

    Is the "6th" floor facing the entrance the same as a 4th level due to the evaluation?

    What is number of floors for the landed property that the stack 30 is facing?

    Nonetheless, I wish to highlight that Vue 8 being a lower density project, means fewer competition for the facilities.

    Hence, its plus point.

    Maintenance fee per resident is hence higher too. There're always pros and cons.

    At this point for BUC projects....maintenance fees are all estimated

    Usually 2 Bedroom units are quoted around $200 +

    Honesty I like the serene surrounding a lot. As compared to the development at the mrt.

    But interior I like seastrend the best.
