I was in Italy on a course and stay in a Residence Housing, there was a group of them and everyday curry max in the air.

Rent out my condo to Indian couple after two-year my unit also max curry smell.

I like the curry smell but don't know my tenant like or not.

Are the Pakistani like Indian, like to cook curry also? I have that experience too, rent out to an Indian couple, left with curry smell on the "air" and not only that, my walls and curtains also have though my tenant claimed that he had washed the curtains but somehow, the curtains still stained with curry. Later I have problems in renting out due to the smell as told by my agent, till he helped me to find a couple who don't mind about the smell.

But I don't think Singapore Chinese eat curry every day leh and the smell of our Chinese curry is different from them.

How about Taiwanese, anybody has any experience with Taiwanese tenant before? Any difference between corporate lease and family lease? If the tenant approach you directly and no agent involve, what are the documentation and procedure need to take note?

I'm so dependent on this forum now.
