MAINBOARD listed Sim Lian Group Limited has priced its executive condominium (EC) project Treasure Crest at an average S$742 per square foot (psf), with prices starting from S$649,000 for a three-bedroom unit.

The 504-unit project is more than 2.1 times subscribed, having garnered 1,077 e-applications, after a 10-day e-application period that ended on July 10.

More than 4,000 people visited the sales gallery over the same period, Sim Lian said.

Balloting and booking will take place at the Treasure Crest sales gallery located at Anchorvale Crescent this Saturday.

Sim Lian attributed the strong response to Treasure Crest to the development's attractive pricing, ideal location, as well as the spacious layout of the units.

"This is based on feedback provided by visitors to the sales gallery and e-applicants," the group said. "The master bedroom of all unit types can comfortably fit a king-sized bed and the other bedrooms have sufficient space for queen-sized beds."

Sim Lian said that first-timers accounted for about 48 per cent of the 1,077 e-applicants. The majority of e-applicants currently reside in the north-east region of Singapore, specifically, Punggol, Sengkang and Hougang.

For its earlier EC project, Wandervale in Choa Chu Kang, which was launched in March, Sim Lian also garnered strong e-applications and saw a 33 per cent conversion of e-applications to actual sales during the launch weekend.

Some 262 units at the 534-unit Wandervale were sold in the first weekend of the launch. This project has since sold a total of 75 per cent of the units to-date at an average S$762 psf.
