Some says it is a landed estate ... with own boundary walls ...

how then are these facilities controlled ?

can residents of OTHER nearby landed just walk in and use them ?

Yes I agree with you. I think if agents are too lazy to do their homework and yet hope to sell multi-million properties by random posting on forums, then it is like hoping to strike toto or 4D. There are many agents who spent money posting on the net and yet when you enquire, they have no idea what they have advertised, much less having been to the actual site. Maybe that is why good property agents can be very successful because there are many lazy ones around.

I visited the showflat. This is a landed development. NOT cluster.

No common facilities, but PUBLIC facilities like playground. And some units come with private pool etc.

According to URA website, appears that 14 units sold at between $4.2m - $5.1m. Very amazed at the deep pockets of Singaporeans. 99 years leasehold is so valuable these days.
