    Dear Bros

Is there such a portal or app? for landlord to put their property for lease? I think propertyguru doesnt allow that...

Used several portals to reach tenants directly. Try Rentinsingapore and Gumtree.

My agents did not secure 1 viewing in 3 months. I had about 6 viewings in 3 weeks with 2 serious offers.

But tough work man... Not my preferred work...

I suspect agencies have access to more high quality tenants though.

    propertyguru is a paid portal.

Agents pay a subscription to advertise there ..

Can still access, but use HP browser.

Using laptop can't - something to do with the credit card data problem. Just beware of scams from there, I encountered a couple.
