    Default Those 1+1 study unit...the study room can rent out?

    Anyone rent out their study room before? is it hard to find tenants?

    I think hard to rent out separately.

    May be easier to rent as package.

    Because share toilet in a smaller unit, better for them to be close friends or relatives.

    like that rent as whole is consider 2 bed rental or 1 bed rental?

    When declare it is only the sqft that matters.

    You can partition it and call it 2BR. Can also tear down walls to call it studio.

    I think easier to rent out rooms and good returns too if you are not too fussy. But if new apt, better not. Old one ok. I heard better rental than renting out the whole apt to just one tenant.

    Yah I have seen arrangements where people sleep with their feet sticking out the doorway of a small storeroom. I do wonder if it is feasible to customize a shorter bed for the storeroom to sleep diagonally.

    According to guidelines, we should leave 100sqft for each individual. MM units should have max of 4 to 5 persons.
