    Assuming one gets a unit. With the current ABSD, what is the breakeven rate for the unit assuming ABSD stays the same?

    Now is about 1449 PSF .?

    if its 7%, then roughly, 3% stamp duty, 7% absd and 1% off sales price (comissions) upon sale? +/- 11% for 2nd time home buyer. but if its rented out for a period after TOP then the breakeven is lowered.
