    Existing BUC you can take up at even better rates at 0% spread based. If it's for refinancing, you will incur additional cost which doesn't makes sense.

    Oops, i meant to ask on the UOB package.

    I currently on UOB BUC and no lock-in.

    Still BUC, can I change to the new UOB BUC 0% spread loan?

    Have to call in to UOB direct to seek for their package on repricing, varies accordingly for individuals.
