Hillcrest Arcadia condo #01-08 Very bad owners

This is to share our very bad experience with the owners of the unit 01- 08 at Hillcrest Arcadia on Arcadia Road. They have not refund us our 2 months deposit despite the fact that the flat was perfectly maintained and never responded any of our emails regarding the claim. We feel that they have been dishonest and had no intention whatsoever to refund the deposit. Also their agent has not been helpful at all. Feel free to contact us for more information on this flat.

Singapore is a lawful society. When it comes to money matter, the owners can’t get away if they are really at fault and you can always report to the police. If the agent hasn’t fulfilled his/her fiduciary duties, you can report to CEA for any wrongdoing. But surely there is no smoke without fire. To be fair, we are only hearing your side of the story.
