    As for the price, a typical one bedroom starts from $6xxk, 2 bedroom from $9xxk, 3 bedroom from $1.1xm and 3+study from $1.2xm onwards. This is still consider an extremely affordable entry price given today's record bidding of GLS and enbloc deals going on in the market.

    Default Kandis Residence remaining units

    By just looking at regional centres and future transportation maps, location of Kandis Residence may not be so ideal. However, by looking at the future land use plan beyond 2030 and Masterplan, it is actually next to 2 huge reserve sites. One from the relocation of Sembawang shipyards and the other is next to the Simpang area which is not developed yet. This could mean more amenities in the future arising from developments from these empty land.

    Connectivity in the North part of Singapore will definitely improve, from projects such as North-South Corridor, Thomson-East Coast Line and Singapore-Johor Baru MRT service. There will also be shuttle service provided from Kandis Residence to Northpoint City and Yishun MRT upon TOP.

    Also, it is walking distance to Sembawang Park and coastline near to the Straits of Johor. The only other private properties near the Singapore coastline are in the South-West and in the South-East. However, in terms of pricing, due to the MRT lines, expressways, proximity to CBD, proximity to business parks and freehold status for some projects, they can cost above $1,800 psf in the Pasir Panjang area and possibly above $2,000 psf in the East Coast area. For those who do not require these but wish to get a property near the coastline, can get Kandis Residence in a tranquil environment in a private estate for a decent price at around $1,200 psf.
