It's actually so cheap now, I am very tempted to call it a day by buying a HDB resale at my preferred location (fully paid), leave 1 condo to collect rent or even sell everything and just put the money in some blue chips.
Maybe drive Uber as past time driver.
Imagine only 500K or less for centrally located HDBs... Very tempting indeed.
