Every property is hot now. LOL.

The signs are there. Stock market rally, en bloc, pent up demand. So we have a market flushed with cash and increased demand from both people waiting on the sideline + en bloc people who have no place to stay soon.

Cash + Decreasing supply + Increased demand = ????

My guess is cooling measures coming. Maybe LTV 50% and SSD up to 5 years / 20%.
