pricing is reasonable considering the location, not like CDL which priced the Tapestry at a rich price of 1,3xx psf.
But I prefer Tapestry location than Hougang. It is just me. Both location are bad though.

yup. what i meant was riverfront was not sold as cheaply as what people think. of course, the table is still telling the truth, 11xxpsf, 12xxpsf exists but the average is 1301psf. i also mentioned before at the other thread that newspaper reporting the tapestry sold at low 13xxpsf average was not true. u r right that its average is in the high 13xxpsf.
