    Question is how many were actually sold by agents upon the launch? There could be internal pre-launch sale

    Hmm... I think one of them is me.. haha.. got spotted..

    Anyways, the sales for Martin Modern is unexpectedly good for a project with this kind of quantum. This really prompted the developer to increase the prices for Martin Modern. Now you are really looking at $2,400psf for a good unit here.

    Pm me if you need some prices for references.
