    i saw 2 era agents camping outside rivergate on tuesday evening attempting to tout martin modern.

    Question is how many were actually sold by agents upon the launch? There could be internal pre-launch sale

    showflat still open leh? where got "hold off". unlike park place and le quest, close = really close.

    Hmm... I think one of them is me.. haha.. got spotted..

    Anyways, the sales for Martin Modern is unexpectedly good for a project with this kind of quantum. This really prompted the developer to increase the prices for Martin Modern. Now you are really looking at $2,400psf for a good unit here.

    The showflat may be closed but if you show your sincerity, the developer will still sell it to you.

    YAH, i also noticed. maybe the china buyer realised he was a sucker and scolded guocoland and let his option lapsed.
