    Default Jui Residences

Jui Residences is an upcoming freehold condominium in the District 12 Boon Keng area, and is situated along Kallang River. It is being developed by Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB), who won the tender for this site at Serangoon Road, from the National Aerated Water Company (NAW). The old NAW building on the site has been declared a conservation building, and will be incorporated into the Jui Residences project.

This allows the heritage NAW building to be brought to life through adaptive re-use. The NAW was where soft drinks like RC Cola, Sinalco & Kickapoo Joy Juice were bottled in the early days of Singapore's independence, and is part of Singapore's industrial heritage, one of the last reminders of the Kallang River's industrial past. It will house 3 commercial units that will be open to the public, while the new Jui Residences tower will comprise 117 residential apartments sitting on a car park podium.

Jui Residences is therefore envisioned as a unique and vibrant development located next to the park connector that runs beside Kallang River. This park connector joins Bishan-Ang Mo Kio park to Gardens By The Bay, turning the riverside into a vibrant communal space.

Residents at Jui Residences will enjoy a waterfront lifestyle where healthy lifestyles and outdoor activities are integral. Architecturally, it will be a home for those who appreciate modern minimalism, crafted and curated by avant-garde designers, and brought to life by award-winning CarverHaggard of London. The Jui Residences showflat will very likely open for viewing appointments from 15 September 2018 onwards. Kindly drop us a line if you would like to know more or to book showflat viewing appointment.

Here are the most recent updates for Jui Residences.

It is tentatively launching on Friday 14 September instead of 15 September.

In addition, the indicative starting prices have come out. Very competitively priced. Starts from $741K upwards for the smallest lowest floor one bedder, and $1.163M upwards for the 2 bedders. That works out to roughly $1,7xx PSF, and goes even as low as $1,675 PSF for a 3-bedder.

Considering that this is a freehold project at the city fringe, the pricing so close to that at the 99-year leasehold Park Colonial nearby, is worth considering. Especially since Park Colonial has already sold out over 55% of its units less than 2 months after its launch, and with its showflat closed since mid-August.

Particularly as Jui Residences is slightly nearer to town, though you would need to walk about 650m to the nearest MRT station. But that is slightly offset by its riverfront location.
