The Mont Botanik Residence is a new freehold condominium at Jalan Remaja in the Hillview area. This is a secluded private residential estate off Upper Bukit Timah, with plenty of of nature reserves and parks around, such as the Dairy Farm Park, and the Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and Park.

The site itself is situated between a low-rise landed housing estate, and some condominiums. So the Mont Botanik Residence should appeal to outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers, who can spend weekends exploring the many hiking and cycling trails around. For your shopping needs, the nearest mall is the HillV2 retail and lifestyle mall a 10 minute walk away, that also has a supermarket. A free shuttle bus loops around the estate to the mall.

The Mont Botanik Residences project is composed of 2 towers with 108 apartment units. Not a wide range of unit types - just 2 bedroom, 2 + Study, and 3 + Study apartments. But the floor plan layouts are rather good. Pretty generous living / dining spaces compared to most other new launch projects, with kitchens that can be enclosed, even for the 2 bedders. Relatively good quality finishing too - compressed marble flooring for dining / living areas, and Burmese teak timber floors for the bedrooms.

This development is by Tuan Sing Holdings, who specialise in boutique projects like Seletar Park Residence and Cluny Park Residence. The Mont Botanik showflat is set to open for viewing appointments from 18 August 2018. Below is an artist's impression of the design of the Mont Botanik Residence.
