Thanks for your replies. Am a bit nervous given the economic situation. Also, units are selling at $1100 to $1200 psf, which are slightly overpriced imo. I think I will wait and see if it can drop to $1000 psf.
Hi Snowman, you are right about the economic situation. I do encourage you to adopt a wait and see attitude. But perhaps you can wait for the new condos in this estate, like Riveria 38, Bendemeer condo, and Regent Residences that will be on sale soon.
