    BTW has the developer started to ask for the progressive payment yet? I thought the first payment suppose to be october?

    I have yet to receive the payment notice, shd be soon, as they are building 2nd level now.

    Ran by the site this evening and part of the blocks are still on 1st floor, while the rest are already on 2nd floor.

    By end of 2010, should built to 17 storey.

    Think he meant that FCL projects will finished ahead of schedule and quality is assured.

    FCL is part of listed F&N, fairly reputable developer after CDL, FEO etc so reasonable quality is expected of them

    Unlike OL with landscaping, swimming pool, tennis court, MSCP with skygarden, this project is far more straight forward. I think the full completion with internal furnishing done up is more likely by Q1 2011. Hopefully inspection done within end Q1, then TOP is likely in Q2 2011.
    Just another 18 months to wait

    This Woodsville28 is coming up very nicely. I heard the entrance to the main condo lobby is something to look out for.

    You mean this? Actually....I dun know where the main lobby will be in relation to the site plan....

    EDIT: Anyone selling their unit? A fren's fren is looking - and insistent on nothing but W28

    The high roof of the main condo entrance lobby will brighten up the 2 towers. The whole stretch of Woodsville close Road will also sparkled up a liitle bit after TOP of W28. I guess the location of the MRT and close proximity to CBD are plus point why many people are'nt keen to selling W28 and One Leicester unless a better prices are offered presumably > 1K psf.

    Yeah.....it is true that there aren't many W28 on the market....

    Side note....Opennet is installing the fibre-to-the-home to W28 btw 1 Sep 2010 to 1 Nov 2011
