And any parents @Quartz who care to share about the school choices? I've a boy who'll be staring Pri. 1 soon.

    Thks!
North Vista or Punggol Pri school is the nearest

Next Wednesday. 11 March, North Vista will have an open house for interested parents to vist the school and talk to the principal. My wife has registered for that as we plan to move my son from Rivervale Pri to North Vista if the Mission, Vision and Core Values is in line with our beliefs.

This is a special ground unit with a big private outdoor space for your pets, collect foreign objects drop from the sky or erect 3 big tents for your guests.

Think the actual living space is 1043sft, that will translate to 750k/1043 = 719psf!!!

that is not a fair comparison lah..
the outdoor space, no matter how useless to you, is still your area..

    a fairer calculation can be:-

    750k / [1043 + 0.5(474)] = 585psf

i am assuming that the outdoor area is worth half of the livable space inside. if you disagree, just change the factor to what you think is worth.
