Its been completed for months but still haven't got TOP, that's why you see grass overgrowing and the poll had turn grey, maybe because of algae.

I pass by this development every day that's why feed a bit sorry of it's current state.

Pass it n the project plot look so narrow n the POOL!! God it's not a pool more like a narrow long kao. From outside units look narrow n small.

I saw a grill beside the pool was wondering wats that. Than I realized when I saw the dungeon unit photo.. It's the skyline... Gosh where got air flow when people jump into the long kao water will splash into the unit below??? Who would stay such units? Ur tenant will be also very depressed. N it's so dark..

Anyway the project look starting to age n unkept. Wonder why can't top.

Its a Dungen Unit. Thus some torture is provided! I think if flood the underground unit will become fish tank!

The pool overflow or rail flow into the grill to the dungen. the tenant will get water and CO2 treatment....

I am sure owner or tenant will REPENT.

most likely it has failed in the inspection by relevant authorities for t.o.p approval..

developer out to maximise profit.. can even thought of selling a dungeon unit..
it should be used as a recreational room for its residence there.

Actually, to be honest, all these can be rectified by the developer. But something that cannot be rectified is the pool size. isnt it supposed to be bigger than that? Can anyone who has the brochure or fact sheet check on it? Seriously, it looks more like a drain than pool. Is the pool still filled with algae? the last time i was there, it was.

No way it will be 5m deep.

My guess on the dimension of the pool:

    20m (L) x 1.5m (W) x 1.2m (H)
