Nil. Price is not ex but location is too far east. MRT is not that near also. Condo nearer to marine parade near Telok Kurau would be better.

But many units sold as of this week I was told. 25 metres lap pool. Basement parking. Club house. Covered drop off point etc. Excellent facilities for such a small development I would say....impressive.

"Other weekend launches include Balcon East in Upper East Coast Road. Tong Eng Group started sales at its 37-unit development on Thursday last week and managed to sell 28 units. Prices ranged from just below $500,000 to $1.39 million, with the one- to two-bedders costing about $850 psf, and three-bedders at $780 psf, said Savills Residential director Phylicia Ang."

Surprisingly many sold. But still think location not very good.

There will always be people buying. Different people, different preference. I think it is quite a nice project but I still prefer a more convenient location.

Wunder during launches, will we be able to 'rounddown' or ask for sme discount?

Eg. this Balcon East project, the agent was confident the units will all be sold out in a jiffy. Hence 'fixed' price.

    Any units left now?

Am thinking of getting a small unit along this stretch of road (prefer walking distance to east coast park). Any feedback or review on this project, or any other projects??

Always feel that this area is beautiful place to stay.. like you said, walking distance to east coast with many places to eat with a short drive. Try viewing freehold uber388 which just launched. Average around 1380psf
