these are studios, so it is normal. Imagine what the quantum would be like if a 400sqft unit was selling at 700psf? The quantum would be pathetically low at $280k. I think developers are exploiting on the fact that studios and smaller units can sell at higher psf which explains why some developers have recently constructed smkall unit projects.....
