    Develop asking prices today... (studio / 1 bedroom gauge)

    D15 Marine Parade 1200-1500psf
    D15 Joo Chiat 1000psf
    D5 Pasir Panjang 1250psf
    D4 Redhill 1200psf
    D13 Woodleigh 1000psf

    What is the world coming to?

    Surprisingly, D8 launch prices are still hovering around the 1000psf mark. City Square has hit above 1000 for studios. Rangoon / Race Course developments near MRT have hit 1150-1200psf mark though.

    these are studios, so it is normal. Imagine what the quantum would be like if a 400sqft unit was selling at 700psf? The quantum would be pathetically low at $280k. I think developers are exploiting on the fact that studios and smaller units can sell at higher psf which explains why some developers have recently constructed smkall unit projects.....
