Allgreen is very slow. Bought the land in 2007, teased the public with artist impression in 2010, said it would launch in July 2011, had it's preview and brochure and uploaded video in October 2011.
Yee ha! Did I tickle your funny bone?

Went to have a look. Average finishing, but comes with build in fridge. Sample price with 9% discount included:

    #10-02 1+study 548sqft $607880 1109psf
    #09-03 2 bedroom 742sqft $840840 1133psf

Reasonable pricing for the 1+study, similar to airstream psf. Showroom is the same as the photos in the brochure.

The 1+study is facing Mar Thoma mansion while the 2 bedroom is facing pool and PIE. Take up rate I'm not too sure, not too many units sold I guess.

which is quite a surprise isn't it? pricing seems reasonable. 1+study FH near centre of island don't want but they want 1 bedroom 99 year leasehold in jurong or sengkang?

but this place is indeed far from mrt, too far from main road liao?

They have a mix of low mid and high floor units for sale. Just not all floors open for sale as of now.

Actually if one is able to cut out on foot to the slip road that links balestier rd and Jalan Toa Payoh, there is a bus stop there with buses 8,143, etc to TP Central.....should be no more than 50 m....near Topaz road at the Flyover that links to St Andrew's, crossing over there are buses that gets you to Potong Pasir MRT, 2 bus-stop away.

Once Bidadari site is built up, traffic on serangoon road will become much worse. This st michael area is blocked n serangoon road is e only access. Also note e erp.
