I am sure the view from up there will be nice, but from outside, it does give me the feeling this project has destroy the charm of Holland and Farrer Road area with its Not-5-Not-6 massive structure that is sticking out like a sore thumb.

Not a big fan of Interlace either. The design will be nice if its some institution or university.
For residential, the place will look like a messy when you introduce curtains, blinds, plant laundry drying etc.

i agree with what teddybear says, owners really wouldnt care how the outside of their block looks.
all the more, they lagi dont care how it affect the holland/farrer GCB area.
D leedon has a lot of plus points, but 3 killers are:
(1) inefficient layout
(2) insufficient facilities
(3) inferior materials used
sales have grind to a stop though - looks like they cant move last 400 units at current price

base on ratio, this condo is still much better than city square residence which has 900 plus units in less than a third of its size, and many other condos.as in showflat moving again!?! or sales moving

despite negative comments, think this one will turn out to be much better than many think at TOP.
