Oh.. If I m not wrong, those are 1 bedded. Chances to see neighbors are rare. Face west sun and main road, the door might close all the time.

There are no big penthouses in this development, the top floor units are the same as the rest in the stack.

i doubt that...the view is nice admittedly but it's a reservoir view, not full unblocked blue sea view (you only get that in sentosa, without the ships)...

but of course can try for 3M no harm what
