Anyone knows what are the timing for the stadium floodlight? Saw at some stadium that it turns on early in the morning and again in the evening (7pm-8pm?).

The neon lights is common in condo in china , they bring some light and create awareness of the project .it is not common in Singapore though.it's subjective some may like it some may not

I don't understand how Type A1 (603sqft) is bigger than Type A (592sqft). If you look at the floor plan, granted the bedroom is bigger in Type A1 (due to the bay window). But if you compare the kitchen, the yard area for Type A is in fact bigger than that for Type A1.

The location is not that bad. Just about 8min walk from Khatib mrt and shops / eateries and big open spaces (reservoir and park) for exercises. Quiet yet not too far off from amenities.

traffic in the immediate surrounding of sky habitat is already damn bad with occasional flying bus and car accidents and only going to get worse and worse and seem no possible solution. in the backdrop is just hdb interchange mosque stadium. it's definitely overpriced.

There is a turn of tide in the resale market with more movement around the city and city-fringe areas.

I passed by the Estuary today and noticed that air-cons and some interior fittings (if my eyesight doesn't fail me) have been installed in some blocks. It seems they are now concentrating on the facilities.
