    Thanks azeoprop for the pics.

    The 1755 sqft 4 bedders were selling at $1.5mil for high floors, not $1.75mil. The 1991 sq ft penthouses were selling for $1.75 mil.

    new psf high for 2 bedder and almost broke the high set by a 1 bedder.

    Wow! Looks like very high floor unit stack 46 getting city view. The only 2 stacks of 2 bedders without bomb shelter.

    The psf of minton has been rising wen near the top.......but tis rse is not the same for all top projects, last year wen I sold caspian, it rises to about $1150 psf and then stop there, this one seems to be looking for a baseline, and haven't reach it yet, despite 1000+ units, I can see tat the number of units for sale is also very few....people are simply not selling!

    Not selling because you can't find a similar new project in the market now, in terms of the best balance between price, location, space and facilities.
