Went to have a look today again. New stacks released all around 820psf to 950psf. 1 bedder sold out. Total sales around 540 units so far.
Agent say developer willing to give discounts up to 3-5k for purchase. Also uob home loan SOR + 0.6% for first 2 yrs and SOR + 1% thereafter, giving away Tangs vouchers.
Looks like some signs of softening going on.
The cheapest 2 bedder now is from stack 01 980sqft

This project will take quite some time to sell out. Not comfortable to compete with so many units to sell. Don't see much upside in profit gain given it's location and not near public tpt. Self stay ok coz of the facilities.
If they reduce price further sure many will rush in. There are many on the sideline waiting. Chances are price will come down.

I like the 4 bedder on the ground floor. Really spacious. Unfortunately is 99LH.
If the market turns bad, good chance here can get good price.

My wife was so impressed that she almost wanted to trade our landed hm for this 4 bedders. Fortunately not as our landed property has gone up quite a bit in the last 3 months.

Might not be subsale, stack 48 was the last stack of 1 bedder to be released. Maybe the owner took loan much later after purchase?
What do you feel is the capital appreciation prospects for Minton when it is finally completed?
