Have you bought your ideal unit in the area? I already saw the potential for that area months back but of course there are always others who are bent on beating down ocr so it is best to go with your gut feeling and ignore what others say. Going against the tide my first ocr investment turned out fine after all.

MRT noise and exposed swimming pool and caveat lodged at a new high? Maybe garment's study on reducing MRT noise helps.

Mgmt should grow taller trees between swimming pool and MRT platform to block peeping toms.

However, i must say that there are some units with extremely huge patio. I think it is on the low floor (maybe 3rd or 4th floor.... can't remember).

Must take into consideration the new SSD. 16% is very high. Life left of leasehold condo should be considered too.

buy now, rent for 4 years and sell with cap appreciation and rental income after that (total rental $15xk plus cap appreciation $250k = $4xxk profit). After selling, 80 years plus left on the lease is still considered long.

By the way forgot to tell you there is one 760k unit advertised in propertyguru that you might be interested, but it is a one bedroom unit

huge cap potential for this condo. But maybe not suitable for own stay due to the noise for those facing track. privacy has to be compromised.

Thinking of buying The Jade or Hillview Park. Both will be next to MRT but The Jade is only one MRT Stop from JE MRT which is the next financial Hub. The Jade is 99 years and Hillview Park is FH. Which one is better for capital gain as i plan to buy for own stay? Please advise.
