    Any information for this upcoming project located at Mergui Road?
    Developer?
    Design of the condo?
    Floor plan of all units?
    etc..

    Saw they are demolishing the 5 enbloc apartment and at the same time constructing the showflat.

    The Scala - 99yr leasehold - far away from city already selling like hotcake.. at average $1150psf

    Farrer Pk area - F'hold - near city.. at average at $1350psf is understandable lor.

    I gotten news that avg price will be 1500psf instead of earlier mention 1350psf,from today's briefing.

    Above 10 floor to get gd view of City
    Official Launch shd be on 1st Oct

    $1500 psf??? So will this have any effect to the price of surrounding projects like Pristine Height and Oxford Suites?
