    I am keen on this for investment/rental as I am looking for a prime unit for my portfolio. The 3 room will appeal to expat with a small kid or two with this kind of size. Anyone with downside views or wish to dissuade me from bying one please advise now. Thank you.

    I wonder why is Blum considered branded ?

    Mabel : If you are thinking of investing, then the price is the next big consideration after location. Check out the caveats of developments are the area (maybe you have already done that). I think u will realise that the developer's selling price is quite way beyond the resale ard the area.

    total 48 units. launched 12, ZERO sold. TOP-ed in Nov 2012. Will the developer kenna taxed beyond a certain time?
