Default Anyone crazy enough to pay 10% ABSD now?

Any heroes left in this forum?

Was eyeing a firesale $2.4 mil property but just cannot accept the thought of paying $306,600 to IRAS.

I will only consider MMs since the quantum is low and tax low as well.

got option if you have only 2 pptys. sell your current, buy the 2.4m. then buy back your current one if it is cheaper than 2.4m. you pay less tax.
There is no good or bad location. There is only good or bad price.

Number represents percentage above long-term rent-to-house-prices ratio.

    1: Canada - 78%
    2: Hong Kong - 69%
    3: Singapore - 57%
    5: Australia - 45%
    4: France - 50%
